These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, orders and services provided by Aramega Textile Sdn Bhd (“Aramega”, “we”, “us”). By confirming an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. There is no minimum order quantity. An order is confirmed only after you approve the final design mock-up and the required payment has been received.
You are responsible for checking all details on the design mock-up before approval, including spelling, names, numbers, logos, colours and sizes. Once approved, production will begin and we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved mock-up. Changes requested after approval may incur extra charges and delay delivery.
Payment terms (deposit or full payment) are as stated in your quotation or invoice. Production starts only after payment is received. Any balance must be fully paid before goods are collected or delivered.
Production can be completed in as fast as 1 week, counted from the date of design approval and payment. The actual lead time for your order will be advised when you order and may be affected by order size, peak seasons, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Colours shown on screens may differ slightly from the printed result due to differences in monitors, fabrics and the sublimation process. Minor variations in colour, print placement and garment measurements (approximately ±1 to 2 cm) are normal and are not considered defects. Please refer to our Sizing Guides before ordering.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, images and designs you provide to us. Aramega is not liable for any claim of copyright or trademark infringement arising from materials supplied by you. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Delivery charges, if any, will be stated in your quotation. Delivery dates provided by courier services are estimates and we are not responsible for courier delays. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any defects caused by our production must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt, together with photos and the unused items. Where a defect is confirmed, we will reprint or repair the affected items, or offer a refund for those items at our discretion. As all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizes ordered.
Orders cancelled after design approval or after production has started may be subject to charges for work already completed, and deposits may be non-refundable.
Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
